California-based stylist and owner of Prim and Proper Salon, Allison Mercadefe has made a name for herself in the beauty industry with her multifaceted portfolio as an editorial stylist, platform artist, color and extension specialist, educator and entrepreneur. Her unparalleled career expands more than two decades during which she has applied her AA in Marketing degree at Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise and Bachelors in Business from CBU, drive, creativity, and technical skills to creating beautiful hair behind the chair, on set and backstage domestically and internationally at Fashion Week, as well as, providing cutting edge programs that advance the careers for employees. Her salon has been voted “Best Salon” in the Inland Empire for 10 consecutive years, and “Top Salon Mentoring Program” in the Inland Empire since 2014. Allison has been a UNITE Educator since 2017 and she looks forward to continuing to share her knowledge through the UNITE TV platform.
