On 7th & 8th September 2026, Runway Ready returns to London this autumn in partnership with Salon Services and Pro Duo. This exclusive 2-day course, led by UNITE's UK Creative Director, Narad Kutowaroo, is designed to immerse hairstylists in the fast-paced world of backstage session styling. Throughout the course, you'll sharpen your technical skills under pressure, master the fundamental techniques used backstage at fashion week, and learn how to create flawless, trend-driven looks across a variety of hair types in a high-energy environment. Upon successful completion, you'll gain exclusive access to join the UNITE Backstage Hair Team for prestigious events including London Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week with UNITE Hair, Fashion Scout and Salon Services—providing an unparalleled opportunity to elevate your career and gain real-world session styling experience.

With over 20 years of hairdressing experience, Narad Kutowaroo began his career at just 15 years old while still in school. At 21, he met Gary Baker, now UNITE's Creative Director, whose mentorship sparked Narad's passion for editorial work and international fashion weeks. A decade ago, he transitioned from salon life to become a full-time session stylist, working with bands before expanding his clientele to include actresses, models, musicians, and global brands. Today, Narad proudly serves as UNITE's UK Ambassador, leading backstage hair teams and educational events across the UK and beyond. His career highlights include working with Margot Robbie, Sophie Turner, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Madison Beer, as well as contributing to productions such as The Crown, Bridgerton, and Downton Abbey. His passion for education and extensive backstage experience make him an exceptional mentor for stylists looking to break into the world of session styling.
