CEO & Founder of UNITE

Andrew Dale, CEO and Founder of UNITE, began as an apprentice with Vidal Sassoon at age 16. He became a stylist by 18 and was soon doing session work with Vidal by age 20. Soon after, he was asked to relocate to the US working in New York and Beverly Hills and teaching on the Sassoon Artistic Team both on platform and at the Santa Monica Academy. Dale continued on to open his own five salons in Los Angeles and San Diego. After taking a short time away from the educational arena, Dale created UNITE “Uniting hairdressers together to make the industry a better place”.

Gary Baker

UNITE Creative Director

Londonite Gary Baker is an award-winning, internationally recognized session stylist, educator, and platform artist. His impressive career spans more than three decades, during which he has established himself technically and creatively in the art of hair on set, backstage, and behind the chair working with A-list celebrity clientele such as the royal family. He applies his experience and knowledge of the industry to his role as Creative Director for UNITE Hair. Gary can be found in the studio/academy sharing his inspiring and innovative techniques, working on brand campaigns and traveling the world creating show-stopping looks at Fashion Week.
